what causes one?
- A heart attack happens when when either one or more of your coronary arteries get blocked. A coronary artery narrows from build up of things such as cholesterol, this is called coronary artery disease which causes most heart attacks.

How do you know you're having a heart attack?
- The most common symptoms/ signs of a Heart attack are a squeezing or aching feeling in your arms and chest which may spread to your neck, jaw, or back. You might also feel nauseous, have indigestion, abdominal pain,  shortness of breath, dizziness, or cold sweating.

How can you prevent a heart attack?
- Stop smoking and don't be around second hand smoke, Control your cholesterol levels and blood pressure, Get regular medical checkups to monitor the high cholesterol and blood pressure, regularly exercise, have a healthy weight and diet, manage diabetes, control stress levels.
